The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to the Financing Assistance for Lower-Income Consumers (Financing Assistance) Project workgroup meeting to discuss transitioning from first-come, first-serve to a need-based model. Financing Assistance Project is one of a suite of CARB vehicle purchase incentive projects that, together with committed partners, are employing innovative solutions to bring the benefits of clean transportation to lower-income and disadvantaged communities that are most impacted by pollution.
The purpose of this workgroup meeting is to discuss the framework of the needs-based model and propose the measures to consider in needs assessment.
