On November 17, 2022, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved amendments to the In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets Regulation (Off-Road Regulation or Regulation) The 2022 amendments to the Off-Road Regulation are aimed at further reducing emissions from the off-road sector. CARB will host a series of four free public informational webinar sessions on the 2022 amendments to the Off-Road Regulation. The first two sessions were general overview sessions, with CARB staff providing an overview of the Off-Road Regulation and the 2022 amendments. The same information was presented at both sessions. The third session focused on the new renewable diesel requirements, and the fourth session will focus on new contracting requirements.
