CARB held a Q&A session (Q&A Session #1) on March 21, 2024, during the Access Clean California Solicitation period, at which time staff were available to answer clarifying questions regarding the Solicitation process, eligibility, and anything else related to the current Solicitation.

CARB will hold a second Q&A session (Q&A Session #2), on April 8, 2024, at 2:00 pm (Pacific Time), at which time staff will be available to answer clarifying questions regarding the Solicitation process, eligibility, and anything else related to the current Solicitation. CARB has also extended the Application Deadline for the Access Clean California Solicitation until April 24, 2024. For Q&A Session #2, only written questions submitted in advance by the deadline will be answered. No other questions, written or verbal, will be taken or answered. Additionally, the chat function in Zoom will also be turned off. Written questions should be sent to Nicholas.Nairn-Birch@arb.ca.gov by 2:00 pm (Pacific Time) three business days prior to the Q&A session (on or before April 3, 2024).  The second Applicant Q&A Session will be held at the date and time listed below. 
 
The Q&A sessions will be open to all interested prospective applicants. Participation in these meetings is optional but encouraged. The questions and answers regarding this Solicitation will be posted on the CARB website three business days after the Q&A sessions. This date may be extended at CARB’s sole discretion.
 

CARB will not answer questions regarding this Solicitation outside of the Q&A sessions. Any verbal communication with a CARB employee concerning this Solicitation is not binding on the State and shall in no way alter a specification, term, or condition of the Solicitation.
