This is a public work group meeting on the program implementation of the Driving Clean Assistance Program  (DCAP). In collaboration and coordination with existing air district Clean Cars 4 All programs, DCAP aims to bring access to clean vehicle purchase incentives to disadvantaged, rural, and underrepresented communities that have not had access to CARB’s suite of light-duty incentives and marks the first step towards simplifying this suite of incentive programs. At this meeting, CARB staff will provide updates on the proposed rollout of the program, and community members, community-based organizations, and stakeholders will have the opportunity to provide feedback and input on these proposals.
