Evening Community Meeting: Clean Transportation Incentives
Contacto
Categorías
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) hosts monthly evening community meetings to provide updates on Clean Transportation Incentives. During these meetings, CARB staff will discuss updates about incentive project funding and implementation for zero-emission transportation and mobility projects. These projects help improve air quality and reduce the impacts of climate change. We encourage community members to ask questions, provide suggestions, and give input on their clean transportation needs.
In this month’s meeting CARB staff will present on two topics: (1) California’s Strategy to Reduce Emissions from the Aviation Sector, and (2) Clean Transportation Incentives.
Please register for the evening community meeting. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with information about how to join the Zoom meeting by computer or telephone.

Important Note on Language Interpretation
Due to recent budget cuts, we are changing our process for providing Spanish and ASL interpretation services at our public meetings. While we previously provided Spanish and ASL for all public meetings, we are now required to have at least 5% of attendees request interpretation in order to provide these services. Registered participants may request services on behalf of others in advance to ensure their needs are being met. You, or someone on your behalf, must request interpretation services from us at least 10 days before the meeting date.
Background
The Low Carbon Transportation and Air Quality Improvement Programs are comprised of a variety of clean transportation incentive projects that cover individual and community mobility options, as well as medium- and heavy-duty on-road vehicles and off-road equipment options. CARB staff hold monthly evening community meetings throughout the year to provide updates on funding and on project policy, requirement, and implementation changes, as well as other initiatives. These meetings provide a continuous forum for community members to express their thoughts, concerns, and suggestions.
