The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in the second joint work group meeting on Financing Assistance and Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) - two of our major light-duty vehicle purchase incentive projects targeting lower-income consumers. In this workgroup meeting, staff will present analysis of proposed policies in the first workgroup meeting and discuss how these policies will improve these programs for Fiscal Year 2021-22 and beyond. The meeting agenda and handouts will be posted to the Low Carbon Transportation Investments and Air Quality Improvement Program website ahead of the meeting.
