California is phasing out older off-road diesel vehicles
Know your fleet’s fueling and phase-out requirements.
Off-road diesel and alternative diesel-fueled fleets that own and operate vehicles 25hp or greater in California need to use renewable diesel, phase-out older vehicles, and add only cleaner vehicles to a fleet.
All contracting entities must hire compliant fleets.
