This Q&A session is the first of two sessions for the Statewide Planning and Capacity Building Administrator (PCB Administrator) Solicitation. During this session, CARB staff will be available to answer potential Applicants' questions regarding eligibility requirements, application components and processes, and anything else related to the current solicitation. The meeting may end earlier than the allotted time if there are no questions.
