The Clean Mobility Options Voucher Pilot Program (Clean Mobility Voucher Pilot Program, or CMO) provides funding for community-driven mobility projects that increase residents’ access to key destinations by providing various clean transportation options. Eligible applicants may apply for and receive funding for electric car sharing, carpooling, regular bicycle and electric bicycle sharing, scooter-sharing, vanpools, innovative transit services, fixed route transit, and other clean mobility options that best suit their communities.
