  • Welcome from Chanell Fletcher, CARB's Deputy Executive Officer, and acknowledgement of CARB participation.
  • EJAC Co-Chairs to provide opening remarks including ground rules, meeting agreements, and an agenda overview.

3. Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 2024 EJAC Public Meeting Minutes

  • CARB has posted the Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 2024 EJAC public meeting minutes on the EJAC webpage to allow for EJAC motion and approval.
  • LRI to provide an overview and opportunity for the public to comment specific to the minutes.

4. Public Comment 

  • LRI to open up the public comment period prior to the EJAC motion.

5. EJAC Motion to Approve the Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 2024 EJAC Public Meeting Minutes 

  • EJAC to motion and approve the Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 2024 EJAC public meeting minutes. 

6. CARB Update on the EJAC Charter

  • CARB to provide an update on the EJAC Charter process.

7. CARB Presentations on:

    a. 5-Year Strategic Research Plan and Future Research Priorities

    b. Methane Satellite Data Community Engagement Efforts

  • CARB to present on the 5-Year Strategic Research Plan efforts and future research priorities. 
  • CARB to provide an update on the methane satellite data community engagement efforts.

8. EJAC Questions on the CARB Presentation 

  • EJAC to conduct questions and answers on the CARB 5-Year Strategic Research Plan and Future Research Priorities and Methane Satellite Data Community Engagement presentations.

9. CARB 2025 Priorities 

  • CARB’s Deputy Executive Officer for Equity, Communities and Environmental Justice to discuss the CARB priorities for the Board in 2025 based on Dr. Cliff’s January 23, 2025, Board presentation.

10. EJAC 2025 Priorities

  • EJAC to discuss their priorities for 2025.

11. Public Comment 

  • LRI to open the public comment period. 

12. Next Steps and Closing Remarks

  • EJAC to discuss next steps for 2025 meeting preparation.
