  • LRI to introduce the topic for EJAC motion and approval of the meeting minutes after public comment.

  • LRI to facilitate an EJAC motion and approval of the February 13 and March 13, 2025, EJAC public meeting minutes.  

6. CARB Presentation on Zero-Emission Space and Water Heater Standards

  • CARB to present on the development of zero-greenhouse gas emission standards for new space and water heaters. 

7. EJAC Questions on the CARB Presentation

  • EJAC to conduct questions and answers on the development of zero-greenhouse gas emission standards for new space and water heaters. 

8. EJAC Discussion on Assembly Bill 1757 Natural and Working Lands  

  • EJAC to hold a discussion on AB 1757 Natural and Working Lands. 

9. Public Comment 

  • LRI to open the public comment period.
