The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a Virtual Workgroup meeting on the Clean Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP), as we develop polices leading up to the fiscal year (FY) 2025-26 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives (Funding Plan). This meeting is an opportunity to provide input to CARB staff to define proposed policy changes, new implementation mechanisms, and eligibility criteria for the upcoming funding year.
