The California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) invites you to participate in a Pre-Solicitation Meeting for the Access Clean California Project. At this meeting, CARB staff will go over the solicitation process and potential applicants can ask questions regarding the Access Clean California solicitation in advance of its release.
