The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a workshop introducing a zero-emission vehicle credit pooling concept under the Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) regulation. The pooling concept would allow zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) sold in one state to count for compliance in another state.
