Moving California is part of California Climate Investments, a statewide program that puts billions of cap-and-trade dollars to work reducing greenhouse gas emissions, strengthening the economy and improving public health and the environment—particularly in disadvantaged communities. Moving California focuses on increasing education and awareness of clean transportation options, while emphasizing program successes and providing guidance on how California’s communities and residents can both benefit and access clean transportation opportunities.
