To request an advance payment, you must complete this Advance Payment Request Form along with the Grant Disbursement Request Form and include a spending plan for advancement. Please submit the packaged request to CARB Accounting Section at accountspayable@arb.ca.gov with a CC to the CARB project liaison and the Community Air Grants Program.
