Goals of the Review
CARB staff will assess San Joaquin Valley's top PM2.5 stationary sources as directed. The following task list details the facility assessment tasks with the ultimate goal of gathering information to be summarized in a report prepared by CARB staff and submitted to the Board. The first phase of this process will be a progress report submitted to the Board by July 2025, with the full report submitted to the Board at a later date.
