The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a public workgroup on the guidelines for the Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) program. At this workgroup, CARB staff will discuss potential modifications to allow for statewide expansion of CC4A and solicit input and questions from the public.
