  • CARB staff to present on the Cap-and-Trade Program regulatory amendments and next steps.
  • EJAC and CARB staff questions and answers.

7. EJAC Discussion on the Cap-and-Trade Program Recommendations

  • EJAC to present their Cap-and-Trade Program recommendations and resolution language for EJAC member discussion.

8. Public Comment 

  • CARB to open the public comment section.

9. EJAC Cap-and-Trade Program Recommendations Motion

  • EJAC to motion and vote on the Cap-and-Trade Program Recommendations.

10. Public Comment

  • CARB opens the public comment period and invites Zoom and in-person public comments.

11. Next Steps and Closing Remarks 

  • EJAC to discuss next steps for 2025 meeting preparation.
