This is CARB's notice of approval of San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District's (APCD) submitted Project Plan to fund in-person events that take place at regional community facilities in which a resident can bring their vehicle for a free emissions screening to determine eligibility in the program. This measure will reduce emissions from passenger vehicles by providing incentives up to $850 for residents to repair their high emitting vehicles.
