CARB released the 2025 Annual Report to the Legislature on California Climate Investments Using Cap and Trade Auction Proceeds, highlighting the cumulative progress of California Climate Investments as of November 2024. CARB has also updated the California Climate Investments Data Dashboard, which allows you to explore the latest and historical data on funding, emission reductions, and other project benefits through time. 

The 2024 Funding Guidelines were released on December 2, 2024. The 2024 Funding Guidelines includes strengthened recommendations related to direct and meaningful community engagement, updates to reporting timing and frequency and an increased focus on tribal engagement and workforce development.

The newly launched online Resource Portal supports the 2024 Funding Guidelines by making key information about California Climate Investments easy to access to learn more about funding opportunities, see funding success stories, and provide a one-stop shop for implementation partners.
