This document summarizes CARB policies adopted by the Board in the Short-Lived Climate Pollutant Reduction Strategy, as well as other projects, all of which will help the State meet the Senate Bill 1383 requirement to reduce dairy and livestock sector emissions to 40 percent below the 2013 level by 2030.
