California Air Resources Board

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) administers and funds various incentive programs that provide financial assistance to fleets for the purchase of new zero-emission (ZE) drayage and short-haul trucks.

Programs subject to AB 794 include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Carl Moyer Program
• Clean Off-Road Equipment Vouchers (CORE)
• Heavy Duty Demo & Pilot
• Clean Truck & Bus Vouchers (HVIP)
• Medium- and Heavy-Duty Fleet ZE Purchasing Support
• Truck Loan Assistance Program
• ZE Drayage & Infrastructure Pilot
• ZE Truck Loan Pilot Project
